Good facilities Best services Location of hotel is best viewing and very good interior of the room. Side view of room is best All the facilities like washroom, bathroom and the vantilation of the room is very good.

I had stayed over hotel hema twice. At my first trip on 2004(OCT), the hotel was beautiful with amazing views, awesome hospitality, and because of this when we were planning our 2nd trip to manali on 2014(OCT), we have chosen the same hotel but yes I find due to poor maintenance the rooms were not that perfect. But we went to enjoy the beauty of Manali not to stay in the room.So we enjoyed and had a great time. Hotel staffs are really good. We are planning to go there again in Sept, 2016.Though I visited there in 2014 but option in not available so i am choosing Oct 2015.Thanks.

This is sanjeev from delhi and we stayed in the hotel for 3 days in June-2016 we found it neat & clean carpeted room & bathroom, good room service, polite & well behaved staff, the food is also good at nominal prices. Location of hotel is very attractive as it is far from rush of Mall road. it is located along Beas river & the view from the hotel is very charming. The reviews I read before going there were absolutely fake & false as it is very good hotel.

I have never seen such a disgusting hotel in my life . The rooms are smelling, decor is like old home. Toilets just don't have words just hell. We upgraded our room but still the same.the manager would not listen you and just want to make money without caring of guests..We could not sleep entire night and next day we just changed the hotel and compromised our money. The only location of hotel is good that is river side I would say never go for this hotel it will just ruin your dream manali holiday.
